Here are some fixes for the HelpDesk module.
- Significant reduction of E_NOTICE errors
- BUGFIX: Ticket Statistics now displays total open and closed tickets.
These bars wre previously missing. The fix for this was to change the "count(*) as ..." to an all lowercase name. Apparently, mixed case there causes a problem, which is probably a bug in the database layer.
Does not fix a possible "oh $%&#" condition whereby a ticket can be assigned to a user who does not have a "support" role, and therefore can not do anything with the ticket...
May I suggest an enhancement to Ticket Statistics, which would be to enable a drill-down by clicking on the graph, to show those tickets? And to show a section for tickets open more than 24 hours, 48 hours, etc?
