Autoemail module + SMS

Hope it comes out.
We are very interested and maybe capable of chipping in, so we would integrate it not only into the autoemail extension but also prepare it for integration into 5.1 workflow.

    clickatell was my main option but we will try to make it as flexible as possible.

    we will construct it on 5.1 and make it freely available to the community

    i'm willing to go ahead if we get one or two more contributions.

    joe - full support from us on clickatell support on the back of 5.1 sms. happy to chip in financially as well. would love to see that go into next (5.1.1?) maintenance build.
