This might be a question for a tcPDF forum or could be a bug in the way vtiger is implementing tcPDF (possibly font related???). With the stock load of vtiger 5.0.4 I was able to display and print quotes and invoices with Windows Acrobat 7.0. However the Linux Acrobat 8.0 I could only display them. If I attempted to print it, I would get a "The document count not be printed." error. Fortunately I also had KPDF loaded and it would display and print it without problems. However, I recently started customizing the PDFs and now KPDF 0.5.8 is having issues too. It still prints but the top is getting cropped. Windows Acrobat 7 still can print my hacked up Quote templates without trouble though.
Is there anything I can do in vtiger to improve compatibility with Linux PDF clients or should I take up this cause in the tcPDF forums?
Thanks,
