Hi vTiger-Fans,
I realized some bug in deleting an appointment/call in the folder of the persons in the activity history.
If I entered a an appointment and delete it afterwards, it remains in the summary of the person (see screenshot).
However, in the calender it is deleted.
When I click on the remaining item in the persons view (activity history) it appears the error message "The data, which you try to see, is already deleted".
Does anybody has an idea how can I solve this bug?

can you kindly point out to the place you are referring, when you say persons view (activity history). is it audit trials?

no problem. when i just click on a contact and view the contact information. there is below a point "ativity history".
in this history the deleted item remains ...
