Message "Duplicate Invoice Number...."

something happened but we can not create invoices, each time trying to create a new bill sends the message "Duplicate Invoice Number - Click here to Configure the Invoice Number"

if you try to change the invoice number, as if the Vtiger changes but actually makes no change.
