  can you tell me some information like the platform you ran vtiger, the operating system used, php version, apache version, mysql in use.if possible can you send the screen shot of the error message.so that i can know the exact problem.

  i was trying to create a new language pack (my own local language) for the vtigercrm 5.0.4. one of my colleagues suggested that i should try using the sugar translation suite to easily create a language pack.
  
  after a week of translating the words and phrases, i'm not able to actually dump the languages into files but instead, it somehow returned me mysql error occured : mysql server has gone away error when i tried to create a language pack definition from the sugar's dictionary. i've already checked my mysql server but everything seems to go well.
  
  i'm running vtigercrm on windows xp. the vtigercrm seems to run well, just only that i do have problem to create a language pack.
  
  p/s: is there any translation suite which are suitable for vtigercrm 5.0.4?
