I am a user and administrator of Vtiger CRM product since May 2006

I have the following feedback after using the programme for few months.

I think it is a great product for users point of view. However, with few features need to be improved to become an absolutely perfect product.

When using the product, I notice there is few shortcoming as below:

1. users like to see a list of accounts they need to follow up later/or the next day. Unfortunately, there is no such functions.

2. Administrator need to see full list of accounts created by each user on a particular day (this is to monitor each user's performance), Unfortunately there is no such function.

3. 'Upcoming and Pending Activities' items are not accurate. Few are captured but most are not. Please advise how to resort this.

4. 'Upcoming and Pending Activities' items will not become 'history' items, even though we have completed the task and mark it as 'completed'

You can create a custom field "Account Status" with a Picklist data type, where you can provide the required follow up status. Afterwards in the Accounts List view create a custom view filtering data based on Account Status. Hope this solution address your requirement.

You can use the Custom View filters for viewing the data based on date. Use the filter criteria Create Time for the purpose. You can also use the Reports module for the same.

Could you please elaborate more on this requirement?
