vTiger 4.2.x Foreign module cleanup

It would be real clean code if we can remove all foreigh modules except modules that will take lots of time to code it from scratch.

I noticed that many users dont use squirellmail because it is recodet to suite vTiger. It was with good intensions but now it is allmoust unusable to maintaine.

So it would be great if there should be a list off all integrated modules and there should be a list of modules that have good reason why they should be in vTiger.

And there was request from vTiger core that it should be requred that there would be someone that would have a hand on all modules and new versions that are to be released.
