| Hi! While trying to install the Thunderbird extension I get the following message from the installer: "Vtiger Thunderbird Extension 4.0 can not be installed as itīs not compatible with Thunderbird 1.5.0.4 (vtiger Thunderbird extension only works with Thunderbird versions from 0.5 to 1.0) As I can see this doesnīt match whats written in the installation instructions on the website. Any ideas or plans? |

| Hi, I've got the same error mesaage. Some posts in this forum indicate, that it should be possible to use the extension with thunderbird 1.5. Is there a solution? Do I only have to remove the constraint from the xpi? ;-) |

Hi there,
I had the same problem, but I avoided using Firefox to download the extension by using MS Explorer and then save it to my desk top. You can then add the extension (drag and drop into the extension box) to Thunderbird and restart.
Working fine now.
