I am using 4.2.4 I need to create a couple of queries to enter information.
First, I have 16 pricebooks and over 2000 products. I need a query to add each product to each pricebook and make the necessary math changes. I am having a hard time figuring out the relationships with the tables.
Second, I have a need to show the description of a product in the view of the main product page AND in the pop up page when I am adding products to the quote and the invoice. I have used the productname for my part number. I would prefer not to do that, but I need to show part number, description on all my invoices and quotes. I can't seem to figure out how to make the PDF show those Items. I created a new field for the product info but I can't seem to find the table where that field is. Can someone give me a clue??
