So far, I have found that an event created directly in the calendar will not show up under the account's activity list.
Also, notes created under the notes tab do not show up under the account's attachments and notes list, and more seriously, even when it is created from the New Notes button on the Accounts page.
I'm trying to use a note as a status, but I would expect it to show up under the accounts page along with everything else so that I can update it directly. |

Roger, you may link an event with any contact, account, lead or potential. This is done at the edit view. You may look up the users manual for further reference:

I'm using the latest stable 4.x
I just created a new note, and included both an ACCOUNT and a CONTACT.
I then went to the Account tab and selected the account, but no notes are listed.
This is the same for all notes I have created. |

Very peculiar...
I created an account, but was unable to enter a description until I deleted the account and retried. Cooincidentally, I had a recurring activity associated with it, so I deleted that and tried to recreate it, but I am yet to be able to get it to keep the weekly recurrence - every time I add it and save, it's gone! What's different from the account issue, though, is that I have deleted the event and recreated it several times, but it still won't keep the weekly recurrence. |
