I can appreciate that this is a U.S. based application. If you want more acceptance, it would be useful to be able to change labels (State and Zip Code come to mind, as do First and Last names - Given and Surnames are more appropriate for a world wide audience).
I'll manage as is, and if it really bothers me a lot, I'll just go into the code and change it directly, but I don't think everyone who may like to change these things would like to do the same. |

| Roger, the CRM comes with language files for each module. There all labels might be changed as desired. There is no need to dig into the code. |

I'm sure that code tracing would have led me to those same language files. Thanks.
Works well enough for now, though I wonder what will happen when I go to upgrade.
I think an improvement would be an interface to the language file, such as used under My Account or Settings. |

I think that is taken care of at the login page under the Language picklist
and that switchs it on login, in case you do work in diffrent parts of the world or have employees that do.
and on your upgrading all mine have been succesful with no major problems mostly id.10t errors on my part but other wise upgrading is a smooth process. |

| Nope, the only choice I have at this point is US English. However, what I might do after making all the changes I want is to save a copy as a custom language, and then force that language later. |
