Gidday all,

We're using the Thunderbird 1.5 Plugin with vTiger 4.2.3.

We use it mostly to add emails from Thunderbird to contacts, using the "Add to vTiger CRM" button.

But a fair proportion of the time (almost half) the thing fails with "Contact is not available in vTiger CRM"... but they all are, dammit!

This is most frustrating.

Is it just us? Any ideas?

We'd VERY much appreciate any input!
