how can I personalize the items of a combobox
i've done it combostring.php but it did not work

combostring.php?

Not sure what you mean. If you mean to add and delete items shown in a custom combo boxes then try using the vTiger interface and go to settings and look at either Custom Field Settings or Picklist Settings.
