Date next to the WELCOME username is wrong.

Hi,

How can I correct the date at the top, above the Tabs showing next to the username "Welcome Mark [2011-09-27 2:23:00 PM]"

It is wrong, shows year 2011, the tiime is fine. This wrong date appears on the date a Lead, Account, or Contact are edited.

Please show me the steps on how to corrrect it.
