I am trying to customize several thing sin the sales order module...

Any input at all would be welcome.

First thing I am trying to do is get several custom fields to populate with data when the user clicks new sales order in the account module.
It auto populates the account field as well as the address does anyone know how I can get more fields to auto populate from the info in accounts module and possibly from some other database tables???

Next thing I am trying to do is change the products section in the sales order. I need to change a couple fields and add a few that will automatically calculate undercharges for items we sell as well as a couple other things... I really just need some info on where to change this... we have tried a few things and it seems to always mess the entier table up when we make changes.

Also I would like my sales force to be able to enter in items codes without having to search for them in the same table (sales order products)

I am using vtiger 4.2 p2 with several modifications... I can do the majority of the changes I would just like to be pointed in the right direction. Any help would be much appreciated.
