Hi there!
This is russian vtigerCRM translation. (4.x ver)
Two versions:
1. Only language/ru_ru.lang.php. It will work (I hope:-)) on most versions of vtigerCRM (4.0-4.2.3). No files will be overwritten during installation.
2. Additionally corrected some files with hardcoded strings. These files will be overwritten during installation.
Here is list of corrected files (from vtiger_crm root directory):
include/ComboStrings.php - picklists values file for installation only? or from previous versions? not really needed I think;
include/utils.php - added russian alfabet quick find links;
include/Clock.php - changes in countries list;
modules/Calendar/localization/ru.p3 - file already exists in original version. Here is setting of charset to UTF8;
modules/Products/EditView.html - removed graphics files extension check when upload into products catalog - not works correctly;
modules/Users/Login.php - translation of front login page. Added link to vtiger.ru as localisation contributor and russian supporter of vtigerCRM. (!!What vtigerCRM team think about this link? If this is unacceptable - link will be removed). Starting vtiger.ru as “Russian vtigerCRM community” is planned in 2006 feb.
add-to_config.php - added to both versions. Contains config.php modifications.
Both versions encoded with UTF-8.
Translations packs at this point not includes picklists values.
To install just unpack archive into root vtigerCRM directory.
(Be careful! full version may be incompatible with any version vtigerCRM other than 4.2!)
Second step is add content of add-to-config.php to the end of config.php. It will set charset to UTF8 and add Russian to the list of available languages. |

Hi all,
There are 3 important notes:
1. Do not set default to ru_ru - set it to en_us instead
2. There are few ru_ru.lang files missing in the Russian pack - please create them manually by copying en_us to ru_ru php files
3. Pack at the moment seems to de depandant on the installation - please unpack first only ru_ru php files,and make the backups after it |
