I would like to see an option for mass email to all or a selection of potentials.
Example:-
We have leads, the telesales people call the leads, update the details and if possible convert to an account. When this is done you can also create a potential.
What I would like to be able to do is, at the end of the day say the telesales team has called 2000 leads and 500 of them have been converted to accounts/potentials. The Sales team logs in and views the potentials then selects some or all to send an email from a standard template email with attachements.
The email is then attached to the Account for history
This may be available somewhere else in vtiger but I haven't found it yet. If it is I would appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction. |
