Having problem in accessing the Customer Portal during login. Error message popped out: "Could not connect to server. Please contact the administrator."
I am using VTiger version 5.0.4 and installed in Server A. The Customer Portal is version 5.0.4 and installed in Server B.
I am doing in-house testing currently for Customer Portal while we have been using VTiger for almost 3 months. Wish to implement this Customer Portal so that our overseas engineers can enter the Trouble Tickets via the Customer Portal into the VTiger System.
Can anyone advise on this? |
