Hi,
I am currently using vtiger 5.0.4 to manage my customer database and sales activity & pipeline tracking.
I edited and customised the sales stage for "Potential" under Picklist Editor. The system did include my "entered" sales stage cycle but did not remove the original sales stage.
Please let me know how can I remove the sales stage cycle that was given by vtiger.
Anyone can help on this?

Hi June.
I'm a real newbie, so sorry if this doesn't make sense or work for you.
I just clicked the edit button for the sales stage list, and added a test stage. Then came back to the picklist page and the new entry appeared (I refreshed, but I think it came up anyway). Then I clicked edit again and removed it by clicking in the right place and removing the entire line. It seems that there are two stages that can't be removed - Closed Won and Closed Lost.

I found your message when looking for insights about the pipeline. I don't understand how you use the different types of contacts - Leads | Contacts | Potentials. And then status, and also stage. Looks like a steep learning curve for Vtiger |
