Contact Sync Error

When I try to sync contacts, I get the message "Error while getting contact details from outlook." Thoughts?

Hi,
Please make sure that you are using same version of outlook plug-in and vtigercrm.If you are using Windows Vista then you should have a look at this

If you are trying to get contacts from your outlook to CRM then make sure that you are providing firstname as well as lastname,as lastname in mandatory in Vtiger Contact.If you need further assistance feel free to contact us.
