I have had my administrator set up vtiger in the following manner and wanted to ask if I am missing something in my process?

We have already downloaded our businesses we intend to market to, within accounts. So, I can look up any business and see their name. I intend to have sales managers visit these businesses without knowing a contact name, however, once we have made the visit, we can then enter the name as a lead. Once we determine we have something to discuss, we will then convert. The name of the lead/contact is now attached within the account name.

Backing up to entry of the lead....When I enter the lead, and have to enter in a company name, how do we ensure all company names are displayed within the field under lead? Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
