Dear all,
We're using VTiger 5.0.4 but after my provider moved my page internally on a new server Login is impossible.
Code: "You must specify a valid username and password."
If I look at the database content using phpmyadmin everything seems to be alright. The user table is existing no problem at all.
Only idea i have right now is that vtiger could be struggeling with the database server.
Code: dbXXXX.mydbserver.com
Is it possible that Vtiger is not able to connect to this server?
regards

| Did they move the database also.. occasionally I move a db l and all the passwords are changed due to character translation issues.. reset your admin password via your database and see if thats the issue. |

Works fine so far but if I go to users menu the user list is empty. Database entries are allright.
