The vTiger customer self-service portal sends an email to the client when a solution is entered and saved in a help desk ticket. Currently, the email is signed by the vTiger Support team. How can I change that?
Also, where can I find the text to the client email? I don't see it in the email templates. |

Hi,
The support team is defined in a variable in config.inc.php
