Hi ramprakash2win,
You can replace vtiger logo on the page but if you are planning to customize completely.
We recommend you to make sure licensee page is accessible and would be nice if you can mention powered by vtiger (a link pointing to www.vtiger.com)

| I tried to simply replace the vtiger-crm.gif found in vtiger/themes/softed/images with a custom one for my business, but this didn't work. How can I define a custom logo for vtiger that works across all themes? |

thats fine sir.
we are not going to replace any licensing terms.
just we are going to replace vtiger logo itself.
and we had mentioned that its "powered by VtigerCRM)
