I've searched and can't seem to find anything on call center setups. Looking for advice on utilizing VTiger in a small call center application.
Example.
Create a filter in leads. I make a call. Record that call. Go back to leads and the lead is still on the list. On salesforce I would filter it out after the call was made tot he lead.
Any help would be appreciated. I am not a programmer so please bare with me. Thanks |
