C# plugin works with http but not https

Any help?! Using Vista Ultimate SP1 & Outlook 2007. I've tried installing plugin as administrator. Tried manually registering dll. When I try logging onto the vtiger test server (through http), it works fine. However when I try connecting to our https server the Sync Contacts, Sync Tasks, & Sync Calendar are greyed out. I can click the Associate With vtigerCRM and search the contacts.
