Well.. I am testing vtiger for possible future use.. my management want to give the customer who logs to the customer portal the ability to select to which team to assign the Ticket..

The reason is that we have so many teams and the needed teams to do the support can change depending on the problem the customer is having.. So it is not practical to assign a certain customer Account to one certain group or Technician..

Is that doable?! can anyone help me with that..
