I've done an initial import of my contacts from Thunderbird to vtiger and it went nice and smoothly, so thanks folks :)

I've since then added more contacts to TBird. How can I import either single contacts or select which ones to import, rather than importing all of them and then having to delete the duplicates?

To help others I'll explain how I figured out a way to do this.

Within my Thunderbird Address Book, there is an extra book called "Collected Addresses". I never set it up, so can only assume it's there by default and I've not noticed before.

I simply drag and drop the single contact into that address book, then when using the TBird plugin to sync contacts I select that as the address book to sync. Can then just drag the contact back to my other address book.

In fact, I've created a few new address books to make managing my contacts easier and can use this method to sync groups of contacts rather than redo the whole lot each time :)
