We have modifyed Vtiger to act as a caseworker application for a NGO in Toronto, Cananda. We are going to use the Accounts (Clients), Contacts and Helpdesk (Services) modules to provide a client tracking system to capture: personal info., demographics and service/counselling requests.
We are at our final phase of testing the only issue which is outstanting is in the reporting section. We need to relate the Accounts modules to the Heldesk module to provide indepth reporting (we'll put this query in the forums for some guidance). Well done Vtiger team and community!!!!!!! |
