I'm having a play round with the project module, but when I try to add a ticket to a project by clicking on the Add Ticket button within the project screen, nothing happens.

Any suggestions?

Hi Dubberdan,
Once you click the 'add ticket' you then need to scroll down the page and then you'll lfind a green 'plus-sign'.
Click on this and it will then allow you to browse any tickets that have been created.
Have to agree .... it's not obvious when you first look at this. It's almost hidden eh?

Hmm, it's not happening with me.

I click "Add Ticket" the page refreshes but there's no change to it. Nothing pops up to allow me to add a ticket and lower down in the Assigned Tickets section is still empty with no buttons.

Question: Are you using version 3 of the different solutions Project Module?
Question: When you scroll down to 'Assigned Tickets' look directly across to the right - is there not a green 'plus-sign'?
Can you tell us what version of vtiger you are using and what version of PHP you are using?
