We have found an interesting thing - when you create or custumize report and set some calculations, this calculations are displayed on screen and print version, but they are not in PDF and XLS exports. As we needed calculations in exported files, we have made some simple modifications and now it works fine. If you are interested in this feature, just copy following files into your vtiger instalation (version 5.0.4), directory modules/Reports.

not exactly what i meant i need it to add another column saying balance witch is subtotal - custom field paid so an example would be
subtotal = 12
paid = 5
balance = 7

the math is simple subtotal-paid=balance
