Contacts without Company are not sync'd

Outlook contacts who do not have a Company filled-in are not synced. Worse still, on the next Sync the plugin decides it wants to delete all those contacts out of Outlook too! It must think that the initial sync was sucessful and that I then deleted them from vTiger myself.

Nobody else noticed this? I just tried Ben's Sharp c# Outlook plugin and it exhibits the same behaviour.

Yes I just found out That some of my contacts are being ignored and dont know why...
