vtiger version 1.0 problem

hi every body
i installed version 1 in my local host , every thing is ok but when ever i entered a New Account New Opportunity New Case New Note New Call New Email New Meeting New Task , the list shows the same rows , i mean list shows only the last entry in many rows , and did'nt show other entries , what shoul i do now ? can some one help me ?

you are not using vtiger 1.0, are you?

(current stable release is 5.0.4)
