Hi
I really like the look of Vtiger.
Curently we have message journaling switched on in exchange which goes to a mailbox with 2 rules for each client. 1 for incoming mail i.e anything@customerdomain.co.uk is moved to public folder for that client and a second rule that is the same but for outgoing mail.
We have this running on a seperate machine with automate an outlook plugin that lets you create as many rules as you like as Outllok has quite a small limit.
Is there a way for us to create rules (quite happy to keep using the dedicated machine and rule software in outlook) to have all the mail to and from clients mail domain autoamtically added to the client in vtiger without starting a case . This way we could look back historically at all mail conversations with a client that might not require a ticket. I realise that this may cause some duplication if the mail also then results in us starting a case but is an acceptable trade off to keep all information in one system.
