1. Would it be possible for customers to view their invoices and quotes through the customer portal?
2. Also internal messaging? Can it be set up in future versions to allow customers to post/send a message to their CSR? Without the need of an SMTP server that way they can not send email from my domain.
3. What about more themes? Some customers say that they would like color.
4. Allow for customers to submit an FAQ for approval and posting by their CSR. |
