How about allowing the CRM users to define the customers passwords for the customer portal, this would come in handy.

Hi Jonathan,
Its a part of customer authentication and also there is facility provided to change his password once he accesses the customer portal. |

Ok I understand the idea, but right now my SMTP won't work, could you help me figure out what's wrong?

How about the ability to reset the password? I have customers that only use the portal every now and again - and they forget their password
Can you reset these for customers so they can access the portal again or do you have to turn them off from the portal, and then turn them back on so they will get another "welcome to the portal' email with a password?? |
