I don't know if this has been asked before, or is a WIP (haven't found it) but it would be very useful to have a "Create Contact from this account" when on the accounts screen button or link that would autopopulate as much as possible from the account info to a new contact.

Hi,
VtigerCRM has the facility to create contact from an account.
Goto more information tab of an account and click on 'Add Contact' button.
You can see the create view of contact.
Let me know if your need is some other. |

Yes this is what I mean, sorry user error!
Maybe there is a way to have this button duplicated onto the main account screen as a usability improvement?

| Also: could we add a contact to an account that is already in the sytem? Currently you have to recreate a contact, or add the account from the contact page...this can be annoying if you want to add 7 contacts to one account. |
