Office Plugin not in Dutch

On the documentation by the office plugin file stands that there is a Dutch office plugin but when I run the setup I can not see or select the Dutch language.
My office2003 is in Dutch and with the Outlook plugin I have no problem I coold select the Dutch language and works without problems.
The word program doesn't run the plugin if I run it in English.

advice?
