Im trying to link an Account with another Account.

In Support > Troubletickets is an example which exactly does what I want:
If you create a new troubleticket you can choose a contact/account, the troubleticket is related to.

The question is, how to define a custom field in Account, which got the uitype 68, as the field in troubletickets does.
