Hi,
We have upgraded the module to vtigerCRM 5.0.4, added reporting capabilities and fixed a few bugs along the way.
We would like to publicly thank MotionMill and Nerd911 for paying part of the upgrade costs. We really appreciate their financial help with which the whole community is benefited.
At this time I am looking for some time to upload the files to the project forge and expect the new version to be available in 3/4 weeks. If anybody needs it sooner contact me.
Regards, Joe

Hi,
It will be available on the vtiger forge as soon as I get a chance to upload it there. I will inform here as soon as it is available.

Joe,
I would like to give this project a shot. I need to be able to track my time spent on to-do's, and I have vTiger 5.0.4.
Also, I noticed several of your modules have been upgraded to 5.0.4, but all of them say 3-4 weeks before upload, I am curious if there is a reason for this or are you really that busy?
If I could obtian the Timesheet module before the 3-4 weeks that would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
JS |

Hi,
That sounds a little like: "you don't want to share if we don't pay"
Believe me, that is not the case. I really do have that big a back log and next month is even worse as my programming team starts leaving for vacation and I have to fill in.
We are a small crew and are trying to do our best. If I strictly stick to my priority list (and dedicate some time to my family) I just won't be able to get this done any sooner.
In any case it's not a question of seeing if the modules work or not, or what they do, as they have been around for a while and a demo site exists. So there IS a way of obtaining the module sooner, which is why I informed.
Sorry,
Joe

Joe,
I understand your being that busy. I was strictly asking out of curiosity. I am happy for you. I am a consultant on the side, and I haven't been able to have enough clients to be full time with it.
I look forward to when you get it up. I will check out the demos. I am happy I looked at this as I was just talking about how vTiger couldn't track the time spent on different to-do's. Your team has put together some great modules for vTiger.
Thanks for the quick response,
Jarvis |
