civicrm.org perfeclty match joomla and drupal, and do more things, but mail part is more comlex to configure and need 64MB of ram to install..

CiviCRM is interesting, but you can't use it for lead capture and it is not really integrated with Joomla (as per their wiki).

It's also pretty tough to setup unless you know what you are doing. It is great for managing non-profits, but not as clean as vTiger.

I am really frustrated because vTiger is way faster and cleaner than Sugar (imho), but I can't use it with Joomla :-(
