Hi,
I'm in the process of evaluating this software and I would like to make a slight adjustment to see if my company can work with this. When a user submits a ticket, instead of having the user email address as being the source (from: email), can I have it so that the system default email is listed as source? I hope this isn't confusing.
Some corporate email servers don't accept same domain email address coming from different system. (to block spammers I guess...)
for example:
user john.doe@domain.com submits a ticket.
user john receives a ticket from john.doe@domain.com
but I want the vtiger to send it from vtiger@system.com
I hope this makes sense. Thanks to anyone who can point me to right direction.!
