| I have set up a "Support" contact (Denis) in vtiger crm, have checked the box to enable "portal user" and have used a valid email address but have not received a password to log in with. How can I access the Customer Portal demo? |

| Obviously this is a common problem as there have been many views of this post. Can we please get an answer? We are very interested in the product, but would like to demo it first. Thank you. |

| you are right, i think demo don't send email,s if really interested, i think you have to install it on your server r I don't find other solutions |

i've tried demo CP a couple of times today. it seems to work fine from my end.
i simply logged into the demo, created a contact with a valid email, enabled it to CP, received the email with password, tested the CP ...

I tryed and i receive email, yes, all righ
so maybe you have put wrong email or you have received it in spam.. |
