I want to be able to export the trouble ticket created to a PDF file similar to invoices.
How would I do this? |

Hi,
Your easiest path is to program this feature into trouble tickets copying it from invoice or SO.
You can also install the timecards extension which will give you an HTML output of the trouble ticket. This is more cumbersome but you get the added functionality of the timecards if that is of any use to you.
In both cases you will have to customize the output
