Our company has just installed vTiger to manage sales to customers via independant resellers or sales partners.

We currently treat these resellers as system users and distinguish between them using Roles with indicate the company they belong to and the roles inside that company. It seems vTiger has limitations in managing this situation and it would be helpful to have functionality developed to:

1. Manage additional organisations within in the Roles hierarchy so that Resellers can be part of another organisation but still be within the hierarchy.

2. Allow Price books to be assigned to Roles or Organisations so that Resellers can only see the Price books assigned to them.

3. Allow quotes to be sent to customers in PDF format without having to save the file first

An additional requirement would be to allow notifications, invoice, quotes etc to be branded differently depending on the Organisation or role that issues the notification or is related to the account that the notification is for.
