Olá! (Hi!)
I've just ran into a case in witch the "create" and "edit" permissions should not be considered as one and the same thing. They have to be dealt with differently and, as far as my knowledge of vTiger goes, that can't be done.
Also, it seems that if I set someone's account permissions to "NO Create/Edit), the "victim" won't be able to add accounts to a product.
Now... I'm working on a case in witch a profile needs to be able to view/add/remove accounts to a product but without being able to actually manipulate the account data. How do I get that?
My opinion is: create, edit, view, delete should be four different kinds of permissions. Plus, there would be a fifth one telling the system if some user could add/view/remove relations between entities.
Hope this makes sense. I sure know it would be great for what I'm currently programming.
